You owe it to yourself to minimize your exposure to mold spores in the indoor environment, test for mold today.
How does Mold start ?
Mold reproduces by means of microscopic spores; the spores are invisible to the naked eye and float through the indoor and outdoor air. Mold begins to grow indoors when mold spores land on surfaces that are wet or damp. Mold will not grow without water or moisture. Therefore, it is important to dry water-damaged areas and items within 24-48 hours to prevent mold growth.
How do I know if I have a Mold problem?
A thorough visual inspection is done throughout the home. If any visual signs of mold are found a swab sample would be taken of the suspect area. Then the air sample is taken inside the home and outside the home. These samples are taken using vacuum pumps drawing air through a specially designed spore trap, these samples are then shipped to a certified lab where the results are available in 48 hours. The test results will show us the mold spore counts and the mold spore types at all of the tested locations allowing us to determine if an elevated mold condition exists.
